Elliot gets a haircut!!!

YAY!

Let's all celebrate that Elliot got a hair cut. We weren't sad to say good bye to the hair that had been called "George Jefferson" hair and "Stanley Hudson" hair. Annalise and Noah called it "Crazy Clown" hair. A few times Jon and I had to tell well meaning African American people that we did not give Elliot that haircut, that it was just how his hair was...

And most importantly, here is Elliot before the haircut. Many people didn't realize that the full and really curly parts of his hair were about 4 inches long, even though it curled so tightly against his head.

And after!!! He looks SO handsome. I hardly recognize him!!!

Also, he was super brave during the haircut and didn't fuss or cry at all! We are going to keep his hair short for a couple of months so that it can fill in (We need him to grow some hair in the front of his head so he doesn't look like an old man!) and then we are excited to try some cool hair styles!
