Summer Reading!

Even though it isn't summer yet, Jon just started reading the Narnia books to the kids, mostly to Annalise and Noah. They just finished the first book, "The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe" and we watched the movie after they finished reading it. The kids loved the book and were hanging on every word!

The Latest Craze..

The latest craze to hit our house is Legos! It started with Jon taking the big kids to see the Lego Movie, then Noah wanted Legos for his birthday present, and the rest is history! Annalise has even started playing Legos with Noah from time to time and Elliot wishes he could touch ALL of the Legos ALL of the time, even though they are usually off limits for his little hands.

Easter!

We had a great weekend celebrating the resurrection of Jesus this year!

We let the kids hunt for eggs on Friday night since our church was having Saturday night and Sunday morning services that we needed to attend.

Our egg hunting was obviously very casual, Noah is in snow boots and gym shorts, Elliot is in gym shorts, rain boots, and covered in markers... Annalise was dressed super cute because she loves all things stylish!

Elliot really wanted me to put a shirt on sweet Freda the other day. He was super satisfied with the results. She was unimpressed but cooperative. :)

Potty Time with Elmo!

I have big dreams that someday Elliot will be potty trained and diapers will be banished from our house forever! We are just starting to get our toes wet with this but my goal is for him to be potty trained by the end of summer. Elliot has been watching "Potty Time with Elmo" to learn the ropes!
