Random Cuteness

Here is some random cuteness from the past week-

Noah resting peacefully in the "Shakin" chair as Annalise calls it.
Annalise and Daddy always seem to have loads of fun together.
"Let me show you how to swing higher, Yo-uh."
And, Annalise gets to be a flower girl in my brother and Amy's wedding this summer! We got her dress this weekend.

Current and Future Hobbies

Annalise was ready to go running! Hopefully she will be able to share this hobby with Jon and I some day...

Annalise's other new hobby is painting. Clearly she is a master artist!

BIG GIRL BED!

Annalise slept in her big girl bed last night for the first time. We have made several attempts to get her in the bed and this one was finally successful, even though she slept on top of the quilt. She also took a nap in the bed today as well. Here are two pictures I took when I woke her up this morning... She was sick which explains why she looks so lovely.

Noah also took a try at the big bed...

Easter Happenings...

Matthew 28:5-6 "Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; he has risen, just as he said."

Annalise got to hunt Easter Eggs tonight after church! It was so fun.

Here she is getting ready to go outside and look for the eggs, you can see from the front of her dress that she already had a sample of the candy.
She wasn't really into putting the eggs in the basket, mostly she just kept asking for "caaaan-dee."

And here she is when we wouldn't let her have the candy since this was right before dinner. Jon has just closed the egg. She keeps saying, "Open! Open! Open"

Earlier this week, we had some Easter fun at the mall. Annalise was super excited to see the bunny, who she thought was Santa. Her excitement ended immediately when I put her in his lap.

And here we are with our Tuesday mall walking buddies (we missed you Shannon) trying to get all of the kiddos together like last year. Grace and I were talking about how we would never have thought we would each have two kids by Easter! Taking pictures of this many kids is pretty chaotic... Enjoy the cuteness!

I think the pic above is the best shot we got...

Here are the little guys, Noah and Tate- Tate is 2 months older than Noah.
And, here are Grace and I with our super awesome double strollers that we both love.

"Nuv You"

"Nuv You" is how Annalise says "I love you." She has told Noah that she loves him quite a few times and it just melts our hearts! She has been a very sweet big sister so far.
The two pics above aren't the most becoming pictures of Noah... It seems like he and Annalise are going to be the same size pretty quickly!

And, here is Annalise as a pirate. :)

Easter Bunny pictures with friends are coming soon!

Happy Due Date!

Today is Noah's actual due date. I am SO glad that he didn't have to stay in me any longer- I would have given birth to a toddler. It is so hard for me to believe that he is already almost a month old, time flies!

Kid Cuteness!

Annalise is proving to be a good big sister to "Yo-Uh."

Here are some of my current favorite Noah pictures- I think that I need to take more pictures of him, we don't have too many yet, especially compared to how many pictures we have of Annalise's first few weeks of life.

Annalise has discovered flashlights and the joy that can come from a plain cardboard box.

And, this is one last picture of how we found Annalise the other night- buried under all of her toys.

New

In the past three weeks, we've had lots of newness going on in the Dansby household...

A new faucet- ours had become a geyser that sprayed the window.
A new toilet- replacing our 1950's toilet that was original to our house, it was leaking and they didn't make the parts to repair it any longer.

A new AC- ours died, it was a sad day but we are hoping this one will actually keep our house cool for a reasonable price over the summer. The one we had that died was about 25 years old.

But our best new thing is this fat baby!
