Thanksgiving Fun

We had a delightful time in The Woodlands for Thanksgiving. It was fun and relaxing!

We played toys-

Noah LOVES this toy at Nana's house...

Amy is an awesome book reader!

This is Elliot's special toy that he ADORES- a super soft and snuggly bunny. It gets LOTS of loving from him...

We did crafts-

We made pie and other Thanksgiving treats-
Ohh! Chocolate milk in a fancy glass!

This guy didn't want to be left out!
 Pie Assembly...

Dishes getting done with a smile...
 Washing potatoes...

We decorated the tree-

Annalise is our tiny little lady. I had forgotten how small she really was when she was little. She made this ornament when she was 15 months old. Her hand was SO tiny! Even now her hands are small and are the same size as Elliot's (but he has giant hands).

Elliot dreamed of swimming but it was chilly-
These boys enjoyed a wagon ride-

Freda and Hugo-
These two dogs had high hopes while we were cooking...

The dogs brought Elliot great joy. These dog cousins are also frenemies...

Kindergarten Christmas Program

All of the kindergartners at Annalise's school put on a Holiday program in December. They sang about 20 minutes of songs with motions. It was precious. She was so excited to have us up at school to see what she had been working on. She had been singing the songs at home for quite a few weeks leading up to the program.

Football!

Elliot LOVES all sports but he especially loves football. His favorite shirt has a football on it. He is glued to the TV if we turn on football. We have a few small footballs around the house he plays with a lot.

Here he is in the football shirt...
Here are some pictures of him watching football. He is just so darling!!!

Bonus Halloween

Bonus Halloween is when you buy Halloween costumes after Halloween for super cheap!!! A total win for my kids who LOVE to dress up!

These were Noah and Elliot's choices, both $7!

Can you tell that Elliot was just a little bit excited about his first hero costume?

A few days later, we found these gems at HEB (our grocery store) for $3!

Halloween!

We had a super fun Halloween this year. Noah has been looking forward to Halloween since August. The kids loved reading the novel "Peter Pan" so much over the summer that they decided we should all dress as characters from Peter Pan!

Here we all are!

Noah was Peter Pan. He was just giddy about this costume!
Annalise was Tinkerbell!
Elliot was the Tick-Tock Croc! He wore the croc hat for about 5 minutes...
Jon was Hook!

Look! Hook and the Tic-Tock Croc became friends!
I was Princess Tiger Lily. I didn't take any pictures of myself...

We had a big pre-trick-or-treating potluck in our driveway with our awesome neighbors.

As expected, the kids had a blast running through our neighborhood and getting candy. Such fun memories were made!
