Colorado FUN!

Here are some highlights of our super fun trip to the mountains-

WHITE WATER RAFTING- The kids LOVED this. It was only about 2 hours long and was a trip specifically for little munchkins. The rapids were very mild and no one but the guide had to paddle. It was a wonderful morning!

CHAIR LIFT AND "HIKING"- We rode the Beaver Creek chair lift up to the top and had lunch and "hiked" (toddler style) around the top of the mountain. There was a fun little play house both the kids really enjoyed.

PUTT PUTT: Annalise and Noah thought this was amazing. Annalise would set the ball about 3 inches from the hole and putt it in. Noah would hit it (in any direction) and yell "YAY!" after every shot.

JUMPING THING- Our daredevil Annalise's dream come true... Look how high she goes!

This was Annalise after she was done. She had a blast! For the first time in her life she was SPEECHLESS!
PLAYING IN THE PARKS, one that looked like a super awesome Pirate Ship!

"SPA" DAY- Annalise learned how to apply Nana's brown eyeshadow all by herself!

TRAMPOLINE TIME- The neighbors have a VERY fun trampoline! It took Noah awhile to get his "sea legs" on it but he was a crazy man when he figured it out.

THE RIVER- We splashed and threw rocks in the river. We realized later that throwing rocks was a very bad trick to teach Noah. All week he walked around throwing every rock he could pick up.

And... we had yummy food. Noah tried ribs and both kids enjoyed some "Mountain Candy"

This is what you look like after WAY too much fun-

Looks like so much fun! Love that they have a rafting trip for the kids, that's something we've wanted to do, but didn't know if they had to be older.

What a fabulous visit to the mountains! I especially like the photos of Noah after too much fun and Annalise on the Jumping Thing! Maybe she should start training for aerials on skis. See you all soon.
